He considers his patients part of his extended family and enjoys getting to know them and their family. Dr. Lear welcomes new patients of all ages, from the first dental visit at a year old and on into adulthood. Dr. Lear enjoys all aspects of dentistry including cosmetic, implant, and general dentistry. He has studied under great leadership and he thrives to always continue to grow his skills and have every case completed to the full satisfaction of his patients. The ultimate rewards are in a patient’s smile that can light up a room and when that patient tells all their family and friends about it.
Dr. Lear is a firm believer in lifetime-learning and participates regularly in continuing education including weekly education with his staff on all aspects of dentistry. He feels that you should never stop learning and enjoys learning new things and improving existing knowledge to better care for his patients' overall health.
Dr. Lear was raised in Independence, MO, and currently lives in Blue Springs with his wife and three of his children. His oldest daughter is now married. He is active in the community and schools, and enjoys coaching youth soccer. Dr. Lear and his family enjoy the water, spending most summer days at the pool or lake, and traveling as much as their busy schedule allows.
