Below are some new protocols that will affect how you come into our office. These changes will help protect our patients and staff.

Our reception area is closed. When you arrive for your appointment, please remain in your vehicle. TEXT your name to (888-503-9454) or call (816-795-9500). A staff member will respond when we are ready to see you.

Please wear a mask when you enter the building.

Only patients with appointments will be allowed in the building. Necessary caregivers will be required to wear a mask. Drivers or those accompanying patients will be asked to wait in their vehicles.

Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.

We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find some throughout the office to use as needed.

Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean you are offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment. We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you.

We ask that you update your health history and insurance information so that we can keep your records current. You’re able to complete this information from our website. Simply go to the tab that reads PATIENT FORMS, answer all questions, and submit the form to us.
